Second Annual ULaval Everything Agency Conference

The second Annual ULaval Everything Agency Conference will be held on April 24-25, 2025, at Université Laval, Québec City, Canada.

The conference aims to bring together researchers working on the theoretical aspects of agency: philosophy of action, philosophy of emotions, epistemology, normative ethics, normativity broadly construed, meta-ethics and ethical theory in connection to agency, political philosophy, political science, foundational issues in artificial intelligence, and philosophy of biology. 

In addition to the keynote talks, there will be eight slots for papers selected through the call for papers.

Our keynote speakers for 2025 are:

  • Agnes Callard (University of Chicago) 
  • Jane Friedman (New York University) 
  • Alex Worsnip (University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill)

Deuxième édition du colloque L'agentivité dans tous ses états

Le second colloque annuel L’agentivité dans tous ses états se tiendra les 24 et 25 avril 2025, il vise à rassembler des chercheuses et des chercheurs travaillant sur des aspects théoriques relatifs à l'agentivité: philosophie de l'action, philosophie des émotions, épistémologie, normativité au sens large, méta-éthique, théorie éthique, philosophie politique, science politique, et autres. 

Outre les conférences plénières, huit conférences seront données sélectionnées suite à l'appel à contributions.
